Position Summary:

EVERSANA is in search of a mid to senior-level Solutions Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. This role is integral to our enterprise architecture practice, focusing on the development of a diverse range of solutions that align with business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Key areas of focus will include automation, low-code development, artificial intelligence, and business analytics. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team, engaging transparently with all organizational levels, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect comprehensive technical solutions across various legacy and modern technologies based on business requirements.
  • Establish architecture standards, templates, and guiding principles.
  • Align solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and reference models.
  • Collaborate with essential business and IT stakeholders to gather input and document agreed-upon solutions.
  • Maintain a repository of product and client-specific designs linked to relevant process flows and user stories.
  • Conduct enterprise architecture activities, including asset classification, vendor/software selection, and developing organizational best practices.
  • Create both high-level and detailed designs for EVERSANA products and client solutions across business, application, data, and technical architecture.
  • Ensure that no build or delivery commences until design reviews are finalized, maintaining alignment between build and design.
  • Estimate project timelines and delivery hours based on the produced designs.
  • Work independently on projects while collaborating with other solution architects and stakeholders to share knowledge and insights.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, maintaining focus on delivery amidst distractions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong IT background as a developer, technical analyst, or administrator.
  • Over 5 years of experience in software architecture.
  • Experience in designing APIs and databases.
  • Solid understanding of agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mulesoft or integration architecture.
  • Background in healthcare (provider, pharmaceutical, or health plan) is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of TOGAF.
  • Senior-level architecture experience.
  • Experience in business architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions.
