Mixology Expert

S&B's Burger Joint is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest drinking experience by crafting classic and innovative cocktails that exceed customers' expectations.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. As a Mixology Expert, you will be expected to prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.

• Cocktail Creation: Develop and present new cocktail menus, including classic and innovative drinks.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service.
• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of mixology, from ingredients to presentation.

• Experience: Proven working experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, including popular spirits, beers, and wines.
• Skills: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
