Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Accurately document findings on standardized evaluation forms.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • Obtain medical orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide treatment to patients using various modalities and modify as indicated.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Current state license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00/Hr
