Job Overview

Your Role:

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of drivers to facilitate timely deliveries and pickups from various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers and management to ensure smooth scheduling of deliveries and pickups.
  • Plan and adjust routes as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery times.
  • Document any customer or technician issues that arise during operations.
  • Oversee the tracking of fleet vehicles.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of driver training and compliance.
  • Review and update Tool Logs regularly.
  • Manage the return process for parts and equipment to ensure proper credit.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through.
  • Dynamic personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
