Executive Chef

About the Role:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving food, including texture modified and therapeutic diets, following facility menus, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will also ensure that quality dining services are provided at all times, assist in assuring proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning procedures are followed, and support Dietary Aide as necessary.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks daily. You should also have leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision and possess ServSafe or Food Handler certification based on State/County law. Additionally, you must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
