We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications, provide wound care, and ensure proper positioning to prevent immobility.
- Coordinate with rehabilitation therapy teams to provide acute medical management and improve functional skills.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and self-care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
