Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to improve health outcomes
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
