Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cleaning operations including floors, restrooms, hallways, concourses, and exterior surfaces of buildings.
  • Manage waste disposal, sweeping, and surface cleaning tasks.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment such as sweepers, leaf blowers, and utility vehicles.
  • Ensure sanitization of various surfaces.
  • Oversee maintenance of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment that meets ASM Global standards.
  • Perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to ASM Global's procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Respond positively to supervision and direction.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete work assignments.
  • Employ appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during tasks.
  • Understand and prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit energy, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
  • Recognize safety signage and facility warning systems, and comply with safety requirements.
  • Adapt to changing tasks or assignments as needed.
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly.

Working Conditions:
This role involves exposure to various weather conditions and requires the ability to work during nights, weekends, and holidays. The position necessitates walking and touring the facility's exterior to uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license for operating carts.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Efficient in planning and time management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Goal-oriented team player with strong follow-through capabilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to support teamwork.
