Join Our Team: Seeking a Skilled Audiologist for Occupational Settings

Health Conservation Incorporated is a national leader in hearing conservation services. We are seeking a dedicated Staff Audiologist to join our team and serve as Professional Supervisor (PS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review audiology data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance results.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for audiometric technicians to ensure they meet industry standards.
  3. Provide support to HCI staff and clients with regulatory compliance, employee issues, and best practices.
  4. Represent HCI at professional conferences and maintain membership in organizations like the NHCA.
  5. Collaborate with clients to prepare Opinion Letters in response to Worker's Compensation claims for hearing loss.

Qualifications:

  • Au.D. in audiology or Master's degree audiologist with occupational experience.
  • Current Audiology license with eligibility for Illinois licensure.
  • Familiarity with OSHA Hearing Conservation Amendment and working knowledge of regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ASHA CCC-A certification.
  • CAOHC CD and PS-A certificates are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of occupational experience; 5 years overall audiologist experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with relevant experience.
