We are seeking a skilled Nurse Admissions Professional to join our team in Forest Hill, Maryland.
Job OverviewThis part-time position involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. The ideal candidate will have prior home care experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Follow a designated care plan to ensure patient needs are met.
- Make home visits to assess clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
