Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care experiences and contributing to the success of our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations with facilities and their staff.
  • Document patient information in charts using accepted medical terminology and format, as permitted by state regulations.

Qualifications

  • A valid state license (where applicable), registration, or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant upon graduation from an approved curriculum for Physical Therapist Assistants, and having passed a national examination for Physical Therapist Assistants certified by the CAPTE.
  • Valid NC PTA state license required.
  • CPR certification.
