Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Assembler to join our production team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development. You will work closely with our Production Supervisor to assemble parts, operate machinery, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Install and assemble parts according to special written work instructions
  2. Clean and disassemble parts as required
  3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  5. Operate machinery safely and efficiently

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related experience
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Skilled in use of hand tools and shop equipment

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, paid for a 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime, plus benefits including health/dental/vision/prescription drug plan, flexible benefits plan, 401(K) retirement savings plan, life and disability benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement.
