**About the Role**
St. Louis County is seeking a skilled Physician / Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity with a guaranteed salary that incorporates overnight premium compensation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work 14 shifts per month from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.
- Deliver high-quality patient care as a nocturnist.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per shift.
- Handle 4-5 admissions per shift.
- No ICU coverage, vent management, or procedures.
