Compensation:$90,000 - $130,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting essential legal documents, including pleadings and motions, is a primary duty for the Litigation Associate.
- Engaging in the discovery process, which involves drafting demands, analyzing responses, and reviewing document productions.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies is vital for this role.
- Collaborating closely with fellow attorneys and partners on various legal projects and assignments is fundamental.
- Regularly attending court sessions and depositions is a significant responsibility of the Litigation Associate.
- Providing clients and carriers with timely updates regarding case progress is a necessary aspect of the role.

- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Must possess a valid license to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
- A background of 1-5 years in litigation is essential.
- Experience with court appearances and depositions is mandatory.
- Proficiency in drafting summary judgment motions and other legal documents is necessary.
- A solid understanding of federal and state civil procedure rules is required.
