Position Overview

The Landscaping Technician will be responsible for daily site attendance, acting as the primary contact for maintaining the landscape and vegetation. This includes tasks such as mowing, operating medium-sized agricultural machinery, and performing road repairs using a box blade. Additionally, you will manage routine maintenance and troubleshooting of site equipment and vehicles. You will be expected to provide updates on tasks and projects through scheduling software at the office. This role requires independent work within a team of technicians and occasional coordination with external contractors to ensure compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily maintenance of vegetation and landscape.
  • Operation of agricultural machinery and tools.
  • Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Reporting and updating project statuses using software.
  • Collaboration with external contractors for site compliance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with general hand tools.
  • Ability to operate medium-sized agricultural machinery.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical information.
  • Willingness to obtain first aid and CPR certification.
Additional Information
  • Daily presence at the worksite is mandatory.
  • Travel to various sites for training and support may be required.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean record is necessary.
