We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Response Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Disaster Response Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations and providing expert technical support to restore damaged properties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency situations and provide expert technical support
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective recovery plans
  • Work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recovery process

Requirements:

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
  • 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Salary: $20-$25 per hour
