Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive business growth and increase revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Retail Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major home improvement retailers in your assigned territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide product knowledge training to retail store associates to enhance their understanding of Trex products.
  • Merchandising and Execution: Ensure effective merchandising and execution of Trex products in assigned stores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: At least one year of work experience with a proven track record of success is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
