Job Summary

We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our rapidly growing team in Orange County. As a caregiver with TheKey, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing exceptional care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and activities of daily living
  • Implement customized care plans, prioritizing the client's needs and preferences
  • Provide personal companionship and social support, engaging clients in activities and conversations
  • Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and incontinence care
  • Perform administrative duties, documenting task completion and reporting changes in the client's condition
Requirements
  • At least one year of caregiving experience
  • HCA/PER ID registration preferred but not required
  • Alzheimer's or dementia experience a plus
  • Empathy, compassion, and kindness essential
  • Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Reliable, dependable, and on-time
  • Basic computer skills and technical savviness
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Can pass a background check and provide references
