- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1 year of experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care.
- Current RN licensure in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- 1 year of experience in Medical Acute Care.
- Previous Emergency Department cross-trained experience.
- Certification as an Emergency Nurse (CEN).
- Completion of an Emergency Nursing training program.
- A competitive hourly rate of $74.66 - $101.72.
