We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living.

About the Role

As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, collaborating with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, and promoting a safe and engaging living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and services to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, respect, and effective communication skills.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your knowledge and skills in gerontology, dementia care, and other relevant areas.
Requirements
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional care and service to seniors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a relevant field (e.g., CNA, LPN) is an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
