Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of NCPA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our mission to help individuals and families in need. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and we are looking for a team player who shares our values.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Display: Display merchandise in a visually appealing manner to showcase our products and make them easy to find.
- Sales and Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. We provide on-the-job training to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to provide exceptional service and promote our mission.
- Physical Ability: You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and easily around the store.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
