About the Role:

All American Indoor Sports is seeking highly skilled and experienced referees to join our team of officials. As a referee, you will be responsible for ensuring fair play and sportsmanship in our adult and youth soccer leagues.

A competitive salary of $16-20 per game, based on experience, with opportunities to earn more as you gain seniority.

Your Responsibilities:

• Referee adult and youth soccer leagues in a professional and unbiased manner
• Exercise knowledge of league rules and regulations to ensure fair play
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials to resolve any issues that may arise during games

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children or in a coaching/leadership role
• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (must be obtained within three months of employment)
