Time Wellness is an evidence-based, client-centered treatment program that offers clients with all levels of need with therapeutic interventions in an environment that is warm and welcoming. Our organization prides itself on helping clients achieve their full potential and become the best version of themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients within the first 48 hours of admission.
  • Collaborate with program-specific primary therapists to address adjunct therapy issues and ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure clients receive necessary medical appointments and services.
  • Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to support clients' employment and benefits, including disability and FMLA applications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with legal contacts, including probation, courts, and judicial assistants, to facilitate informed discharge planning and prevent further legal issues.
  • Develop and implement aftercare plans tailored to clients' specific needs, in collaboration with referral sources, IOP programs, psychiatrists, and individual therapists.
  • Participate in daily staff meetings and weekly discharge planning meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors and follow established infection control guidelines.
  • Complete and submit incident reports and other staff-related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Attend mandatory in-services and adhere to ethical guidelines as outlined by the state of Tennessee.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changes in the work environment.
  • Complete admission documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum one year of experience in healthcare, preferably with mental health and substance abuse populations.
