Pennant Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Specialist to join our team.
">Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing donations and grants, with excellent communication and project management skills.
About the RoleThe Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all aspects of fundraising initiatives, including event planning, donor engagement, and alumni relations. They will work closely with the Head of School to develop and implement strategic plans, set goals, and monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual and long-term goals
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners
- Plan and execute events, campaigns, and programs to engage and inspire supporters
- Manage the donor database, ensuring accurate records and timely acknowledgments
- Collaborate with the administration team to share updates, best practices, and success stories
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Public Relations, Business, Communication, English, or a related field
- Proven experience in non-profit development, fundraising, or a related area
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with donor software, such as Bloomerang
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
