We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Daly City, CA. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a supportive school setting, improving their communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert guidance and support to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create a nurturing and effective educational environment, promoting student growth and development.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid California SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous, but newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
