About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics & Instrumentation Technician I to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. on a night shift schedule. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for improving systems and equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting the operation of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties
  • Support the development and establishment of maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and spare parts lists for assigned processes
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned processes in a timely manner
  • Interpret mechanical and electrical specifications, drawings, and other technical data sheets
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are correctly documented in SAP
  • Partner with process owners to actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the maintenance team by training fellow technicians in areas of expertise and learning new systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military/industry experience
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in process areas, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Experience with automated records systems, such as SAP/CMMS
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents
