Our expertise includes carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery care, tile and grout maintenance, water and storm damage restoration, mold remediation, air duct cleaning, and odor elimination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all restoration services offered by the company effectively.
    (Note: Compensation will be based on the skill level of the Technician, with hourly rates increasing as additional certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos are obtained.)
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Perform basic upkeep on company vehicles.
  • Review and inspect completed work for quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of activities.
  • Complete necessary Work Orders and restoration documentation.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are organized and well-stocked in company vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficient in basic math, with the ability to apply learned techniques for equipment selection.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers, email, and mobile devices for reporting daily activities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in services such as Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, and Floor Care.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a crew chief or lead technician is preferred.
