We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse license
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) CPR cards
  • Two years recent registered nurse experience in a critical care setting

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Two years recent registered nurse experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse certification
