We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at TerraBella Hillsborough. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices according to a scheduled routine.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop floors, as well as vacuum and spot clean carpets and rugs.
  • Clean and maintain lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures, and restock dispensers as needed.
  • Scrub and sanitize bath and shower room tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and refuse from work areas.
  • Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry.
  • Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and locked when not in use.
  • Identify and report any needed repairs, supply, and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must demonstrate an interest in working with seniors.
  • Interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to sit.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
