This full-time position offers an attractive salary package, with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Job Description
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care services to individuals with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments and developing individualized treatment plans;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care;
- Prescribing medications and monitoring patient responses;
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed;
- Serving as a resource to other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in psychiatric mental health nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of prescriptive experience in child and adolescent psychiatry is preferred.
