Compensation: $22.60+/hour based on experience

Hiring Incentives

$1,500 for part-time positions

$3,000 for full-time positions

We are currently looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Trained Medication Assistants (CMA/TMA) to contribute to our mission.

Work Schedule:

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Weekend Work Program: Commit to 16 hours every weekend and earn 1.5 times your base wage

Responsibilities

The Trained Medication Assistant is responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to residents in accordance with regulations and best practices. This role involves administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a nurse and fulfilling Resident Assistant duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved training program and current certification in medication administration.
  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and current certification.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of Presbyterian Homes & Services.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
