IT Administrator

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our network and server infrastructure, ensuring that all IT functions are aligned with current and future business requirements and goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of our network and server infrastructure
• Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Evaluate risk and develop network recovery and backup processes
• Assess and purchase new and replacement hardware
• Ensure that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
• Test, troubleshoot, and adjust information systems to operate effectively
• Implement security measures for the network, data, and communication systems
• Remote networking of devices

Requirements:

• Ability to assess and recruit top candidates, train new IT staff, supervise, and motivate team members for high performance
• Experience coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to identify software needs
• Knowledge of architecture processes and performance reports of operating systems
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Skills to understand and oversee code development
