Role Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include weekends off, no nights, paid holidays after 90 days, paid sick days and floating holidays after 90 days, vacation time, paid training, and a scholarship offered after 6 months.
