Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

• Lead shifts and ensure that all crew members are performing their duties to the highest standard
• Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover
• Meet targets during the shift and help the assigned departments meet their goals

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
