Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mold Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Mold Technician, you will be responsible for performing machine start-up, shut-down, color changes, and processing changes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily mold and machine PM's according to established procedures.
  • Monitor and repair auxiliary equipment, notifying the maintenance department of any issues.
  • Verify machine cycle, cavitation, and set-up parameters for correct operation.
  • Record machine performance and adjustments made.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform mold, machine, and equipment repairs as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping duties.
Requirements
  • Ability to read tape measure.
  • Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and practices.
