Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices, provide excellent customer service, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas as needed.
  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, follow established merchandising procedures and standards, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operational standards, including labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
