Job Summary

As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating X-ray technology, preparing patients for imaging procedures, and processing medical images for diagnostic purposes. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, or imaging facility, collaborating with radiologists and physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray technology and other radiologic equipment, such as CTs and MRIs
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Process medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
