We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Albany Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse, you will contribute to the creation of a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
This role requires implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests as required by company policy and regulations. You will also be responsible for ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
A Clinical Nurse with Albany Medical Center must possess strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills. You will collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients and direct ancillary personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Minimum qualifications include a graduate degree in nursing, current NYS Registered Nurse license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and a minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
