Maintenance Engineer

At Amcor, we're committed to providing sustainable packaging solutions. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our plant infrastructure and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to the maintenance of plant infrastructure, building, support equipment, projects, and environmental issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist the plant controller with preparing capital projects (CEAV).
• Manage the MRO program through the purchasing department and ensure the plant is following the Amcor purchasing policy.
• Ensure all maintenance personnel are properly trained and aware of potential safety and/or health risks, including compliance with OSHA requirements and GMP standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with plastic manufacturing technology is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge in plastic equipment maintenance is strongly preferred.
