Job Summary:
Custodian-AHRC is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks at assigned sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in porter cleaning and be able to lift medium to heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Assist in moving supplies and equipment as needed.
- Notify supervisor of any problems or difficulties in performing job duties.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and notify team leader when replenishment is required.
- Notify team leader if equipment is not working properly.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least six months prior porter cleaning experience or completion of ACCES VR porter training program.
- Valid and qualified NYS driver license.
