Position Summary:

The Engineering Technician II plays a crucial role in the upkeep and functionality of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This position involves:

  • Installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor processing machinery.
  • Regular monitoring and inspection of equipment to avert potential malfunctions.
  • Providing guidance and training to fellow technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Engaging in ongoing technical training to broaden knowledge and expertise in the field.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, walking, and driving.
Work Conditions:

The work environment includes:

  • Primarily operating within a cleanroom setting.
