Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard telephone system, answer calls, and direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and refer complex issues to management for resolution.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Ability to handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
