Data Analyst

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client in search of a skilled Data Analyst on a direct hire basis.

The ideal candidate will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. They will prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support: Supports the user community in the use of business intelligence tools to query files and databases for report outputs. Assists customers in use of OLAP tools, extracts and collects data for performing queries and writing reports.

Problem Solving: Assists with troubleshooting routine report related issues. Escalates non-routine report issues to the appropriate staff member.

Workflow Management: Monitors the status of all report requests daily, prioritizing as needed.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
