About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Evening Dishwasher to join our team at the University of Georgia Dining Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our dining halls.

Responsibilities
  • Assist cooks and kitchen personnel in tasks such as cleaning and preparing vegetables, washing dishes, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
  • Ensure the neatness and cleanliness of food preparation and serving areas, as well as the pleasant and courteous service of patrons.
  • Care and use of food service equipment, including meat slicers, mixing machines, and steam cookers.
  • Perform related work as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation methods.
