Position Overview:

  • Independent practice with a strong partnership with a local tertiary care facility offering a full spectrum of gastroenterology services.
  • Opportunities for ownership in Surgery Center/ASC.
  • Access to a robust in-house diagnostic testing facility.
  • Comprehensive support teams available to assist with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients to understand their health issues and conduct specialized tests for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Perform endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures.
  • Examine patients in clinical settings, conduct hospital rounds, and perform surgical procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Maryland or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Board Certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to secure one prior to commencement.
