Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention methods and functional assessments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with policy

Requirements:

  • Master's Level Psychologist with active LLP licensure in Michigan
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week, including some evening sessions and Saturday appointments
  • Strong computer and basic technology skills, with experience in direct psychotherapy services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Self-motivated and independent clinician with a history of professional growth and development
