Therapeutic Specialist

Proud Moments ABA is a renowned behavioral health organization dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism spectrum disorders from birth to age 21. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Specialists to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide one-on-one specialized therapy in a home-based setting, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of families and their children.

In this role, you will:

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect data to monitor progress and report effectiveness of individualized treatment plans
• Support BCBA's in training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to client needs and requests, maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
• Engage in physical activities, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with clients from 2-15 years old

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

• Access to reliable transportation
• A healthcare background or experience working with children with ASD (autism spectrum disorder)
• A minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
