Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans that align with state-approved curriculum guidelines
  • Create a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our childcare program

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid state certification in early childhood education
  • Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other required certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of young children's needs
