Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Quality to join our team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality and patient safety initiatives across our division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality and patient safety initiatives to improve clinical excellence and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical staff to identify and prioritize quality improvement opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement teams to achieve quality and patient safety goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements, including The Joint Commission and CMS
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5-8 years of clinical and quality improvement experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Certification as a quality professional (CPHQ) preferred
