  • Clinical Responsibilities:
    • Permanent position available for a board-certified or board-eligible physician in family or internal medicine.
    • Enjoy a flexible work schedule tailored to your lifestyle, with full-time coverage options.
    • Typical shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, managing approximately 15 patients daily.
    • Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers.
    • No codes or procedures required, with a closed ICU setup.
    • Engage in rounds, admissions, discharges, and daily multidisciplinary meetings.
    • Participate in rapid response and code teams as needed.
    • Credentialing at two local hospitals within a short distance of each other.
    • Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Competitive base salary starting at $254,820.
    • Potential for additional earnings through RVUs and quality bonuses, estimated at around $50,000 annually.
